Overview
The purpose of Software Quality Engineering Management is to help participants manage quality-engineering capability, portfolios, platforms and evidence across product teams without centralising quality ownership with methods they can defend and adapt. Core ideas such as managing quality engineering as a system, operating models and capability mapping, roles and workforce planning are explored through focused demonstrations and applied tasks. Participants design service and platform models, plan skills and capacity, govern test assets and environments, review reliability and flow measures and manage investment, vendors and improvement work. Learners also consider quality risks, useful documentation and the hand-offs required across a modern software team. They create a management system connecting people, technology and product risk to clear outcomes and sustainable operating choices.
