Overview
Reliable quality work depends on more than knowing a tool name. In Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), participants learn to explain how software moves from a business need to design, implementation, verification, release, operation and eventual change, using from idea to operation and discovery and requirements as practical anchors. Participants compare sequential, iterative and DevOps-oriented lifecycles, identify the work products created at each stage and trace how an overlooked decision can affect downstream quality. The programme also examines architecture and design so that decisions remain maintainable, observable and useful to the wider delivery team. They leave able to follow delivery conversations, recognise dependencies and ask better questions about readiness, ownership and change impact.
